FRESH TOMATO EGG SAUCE

 

RECIPE:

Fresh tomatoes

Vegetable oil

Fresh pepper

Fresh eggs

Seasoning

Spices ( curry, ginger and garlic)

Salt

Onions

 

METHODS:

Wash the fresh tomatoes, slice and set aside.

Slice the onions and set aside.

Grind pepper and set aside.

Break and beat the eggs and set aside.

Put a clean dry pot on the fire, add a little vegetable and leave for about one min.

Add the sliced onions and after about ten seconds, add the sliced tomatoes.

Add the grounded pepper.

Add seasoning and salt to taste.

Then add the eggs, stir and bring down.

Serve with boiled rice, spaghetti, fried or boiled plantain or yam.
