HOW TO COOK TOMATO STEW

I don’t usually include quantity in my recipe because the ingredients depends on the quantity of food you want to prepare.

RECIPE:

Fresh tomatoes

Tin tomato

Seasoning (Maggi or Knorr cubes)

Vegetable oil

spices (Ginger and Garlic)

Onions

Fresh pepper

Chicken

Salt to taste

METHOD:

Wash and blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper and set aside.

Chop the onions and set aside.

Wash the chicken and put in a clean pot, then add the chopped onions, fresh pepper, seasoning, spices and salt to taste and allow to steam for about 45 min.

Add the blended fresh tomatoes and the tin tomatoes and allow to cook for 30 min.

Then add the vegetable oil and allow to cook another 15 min

finally serve with boiled rice, yam, bread etc
