The Presidential Election Petitions judicature has laid-off the suit filed by the Hope party (HDP) and its Presidential Candidate, Saint Ambrose Aworu, seeking to prevent President Muhammadu Buhari’s inauguration.

In a lead judgment delivered by Justice Joseph Ikyechi, the judicature laid-off the applying for lacking benefit.
