Job Position: Telesales Agent – internship
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This is a 2-month paid learning expertise with the team of impassioned, fun and energetic those that save the day for a hundred and fifty million customers one go in a time.

Your job as a Telesales Agents is to:

  • Give customers the most effective choices on their purchase
  • Give product info
  • Increase our sales via varied communication channels


  • Respond to client queries during a timely manner either via phone, email and chat
  • Attract potential customers by responsive questions/suggesting info concerning our product and services
  • Include a buying deal speech in each interaction with client and phone proactively customers to extend bookings
  • Resolve product or service issues by informative the customer’s complaint; decisive the reason for the problem; choosing and explaining the most effective resolution to resolve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to make sure resolution
  • Challenge and influence building to boost service level and operational standards
  • Build and maintain sturdy operating relationships with employees
  • Completion of service reports by collection and reportage on decision log info
  • Managing daily targets and pursuit progress with tool like surpass, Google computer program and varied ticketing systems
  • Building and leading cross-functional teams-able to anticipate and deliver solutions to shopper problems

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of a B.Sc/HND needed in any field.
  • At least one year of centre and/or Telemarketing/ Telesales expertise
  • A verified memoir of operating during a client service surroundings is needed
  • Flight Ticketing ability is another advantage
  • Eloquent and customer-oriented, with expertise in cold occupation
  • Effective communication and social skills (both written and verbal)
  • Highly persuasive and cozy with handling customer’s objections
  • Thrive during a fast surroundings to systematically meet or exceed sales targets
