EFCC refuses to obey Federal High Court order


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has refused to adapt an order of the Federal judicature Abuja that directed it to line free a man of affairs, Engineer Babagana Abba Dalori, the administrator and chief military officer of Galaxy Transportation and Construction Services Ltd.

The order issued by Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu on may thirty, 2019 is being flouted by the anti-graft agency following the refusal to line the man of affairs free as ordered by the court.
