Founder and Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo has asked the Federal supreme court in Abuja to dismiss the rape proceedings filed against him by Busola Dakolo.

The COZA founder who asked for dismissal of the proceedings on grounds of incompetence and frivolity, conjointly demanded to be awarded N50m as damages.

Pastor Fatoyinbo filed the objection notice before Federal supreme court, fortnight once Busola through her attorney Pelumi Olajengbesi, approached same court, hard for a clearly worded apology on the front page of a minimum of 2 national newspapers and two national tv stations for seven days running consecutively.
