American rapper, Future wants the paternity lawsuit filed by babymama dismissed

American rapper, Future has accused his alleged sixth babymama of fraud and wants the paternity suit filed by the Haitian model dismissed.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Future is responding to the case brought by a Sunshine State girl named Eliza Seraphin. He filed a motion to dismiss which accuses Seraphin of “fraud in the court.” He denies being the daddy of her kid.

She filed legal docs in Broward County, alleging Future is the father of her 4-month-old girl and is additionally requesting retroactive support payment and compensation for hospital expenses during pregnancy.

A hearing has reportedly been set for Nov eight, where Future and Eliza are expected to be in court.
